Partner Services' Vendor Services team is responsible for selling and reselling contractual services to vendor accredited business partners for them to onward sell to their end-users. This they do on behalf of key IT manufacturers such as Hewlett-Packard, IBM and Symantec. These contractual services allow the Business Partner to complement their own in-house services capability thereby providing a one-stop-shop in meeting end-user requirements, coupled with an annuity revenue and margin stream to supplement that of product.
